It’s almost time!!!

I’m so excited to meet you on the 17 & 18th September and teach you everything I can about entremets in the time we have! Before we meet, please take a moment to read through these details.

Quick reminder: the class starts at 4PM AEST on 17th & 18th September each day. Please make sure to check the times in your time zone.

I would recommend joining in 10 mins before the class to get settled in so that you do not miss anything.
