  • I’ll show you how to make pâte sucrée (sweet shortcrust pastry) from scratch, along with how to line and bake tarts perfectly.

  • I’ll walk you through each of the components of the tart:

    • Lime frangipane

    • Cooked pineapples

    • Mango ganache

    • Chantilly cream

  • You’ll also learn how to build tarts with different textures and flavour pairings.

  • Eggless version of this tart (not included in the cookbook).
