Hiya, I’m RJ!

Welcome to MYS! I’m a professional pastry chef, baking mentor and a recipe developer. I share tried and tested professional quality recipes, the science behind it all and teach French Pastry to my incredible students from all around the world through my signature baking course- Bake It ‘Til You Make It.
